We're blessed again this year to have the Vision Forum Father and Daughter Retreat closeby. The retreat will be held at beautiful Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Georgia, March 30 - April 1, 2007.

Special Speaker This Sunday

This Sunday we are excited to have with us John and Melody Hunt and their five children.





The Hunts are serving the Lord as missionaries in Thailand with Campus Outreach. They have been in Thailand since 1990 and are involved in church planting and campus outreach work.

Thank you for your prayers for the church in Guerrero. They are seeing souls saved and have grown the work to a good size. Brothers Garza and Barbosa have purchased a house with land and are planning to construct a church building soon. They are working together very well and I believe that my help is no longer needed with this work, other than for counsel and advice.

I am very pleased with how soon I am able to leave this work in the hands of the nationals. This church has come together much faster than I had anticipated. They are hosting their own Bible Clubs and Evangelistic Campaigns and have a faithful visitation program. It is awesome to see how God has established this church.

Please pray with us as we seek God's direction in starting another work. There are several areas that need a church and we are praying for wisdom as we decide our next plan of action.

Br. Pelayo has experienced a set-back with the new work that we were trying to establish in Nava. All the families that were attending the Bible studies have dropped out. Pray that God will encourage him and give him wisdom and direction. However, the main church in Nava is still strong and doing well. The men are faithfully bringing their families and taking their spiritual place in the home and in the church.

Both the church at Guerrero and the church at Nava were able to attend a youth conference in Piedras Negras. Br. Pelayo and Br. Barbosa were finally able to meet and had a wonderful time. The youth were encouraged by the fellowship and preaching.
